Our pieces are exclusive designs by the brand and handcrafted by our team in Spain using high-quality materials. Their lines aren't straight or smooth: their small curves and nooks make them even more special.

Shipping will be free (VAT included) for orders over:

• Peninsular Spain: 50 eur.
• Spain Balearic Islands: 150 eur.
• Spain, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: You can place your order by sending us an email to info@pauletofficial.com.
• European Union: 100 eur.
• Rest of the world: 200-250 eur.

• Spain-Balearic Islands and Portugal: 2-7 working days, which may be extended during peak demand periods.
• International shipping: Approximately 4-10 business days depending on the country.

Purchases of discounted products made at L'Adieu (from November 16-23) are non-refundable. Size exchange requests for rings will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

We are artisans and create all our pieces in Spain, which allows us to customize them for you: you can order any piece online in silver or rose gold, and the price is the same as the original. Buy it directly online in gold and specify the finish you prefer in the order notes. IMPORTANT: In these cases, delivery time is approximately 3-4 weeks.
