Purchases of discounted products made at L'Adieu (from November 16-23) are non-refundable. Size exchange requests for rings will be accepted within 48 hours of receiving the order.

For products purchased through the E-Boutique, without discounts, you can request a return by sending an email to info@pauletofficial.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the order, indicating your name, order number and, if possible, a brief description of the reason for the return .

For returns within mainland Spain , we will arrange the collection transport as agreed with the customer. Withdrawal from the purchase entails a refund of the amount paid, excluding the return shipping cost (€5). It is essential that returned products retain their security seal . They must not have been used, washed, or damaged. They must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition. The refund will be processed once we have verified the condition of the returned items, using the original payment method. The refund will be issued as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days.

For purchases made outside of mainland Spain , the customer must arrange their own shipping and is responsible for ensuring the item arrives within 14 calendar days of notifying the company of their right of withdrawal, and in perfect condition. The company will not be responsible for the order until it arrives back at our facilities, so we recommend sending the item via certified shipping and keeping the proof of shipment. The cost of this return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, and once the item is received in perfect condition, we will proceed with the refund.
